J-TAS

Nhằm mục đích

Hiệp hội Hàng chăn ga gối đệm Nhật Bản (JBA) đã tổ chức Hệ thống kiểm tra truy xuất nguồn gốc JBA (J-TAS) để xác định nguồn gốc của lông tơ và lông vũ. Các thương hiệu và nhà sản xuất tại Nhật Bản nên dán nhãn hiển thị quốc gia xuất xứ trên các sản phẩm chăn ga gối đệm của họ.

Mục đích của J-TAS là tạo ra một hệ thống kiểm tra truy xuất nguồn gốc (1) cho phép truy xuất nguồn gốc từ sản phẩm cuối cùng đến nguồn gốc của lông tơ và lông vũ, (2) hứa hẹn cho người tiêu dùng độ tin cậy khi mua hàng chăn ga gối đệm lông vũ và (3) đóng góp cho các thành viên JBA, các tổ chức liên quan và sự hồi sinh của ngành.

Yêu cầu

Để nhận được sự chấp thuận của J-TAS yêu cầu hoàn thành quy trình sau:

Nhập học vào Hiệp hội J-TAS: Đơn đăng ký có thể được hoàn thành trực tuyến tại liên kết này. J-TAS chỉ áp dụng cho các nhà sản xuất chăn ga gối đệm và các tổ chức khác liên quan đến việc tìm nguồn cung ứng và chế biến lông vũ và lông vũ nguyên sinh.
- Bên ngoài Nhật Bản, J-TAS có thể được áp dụng cho các nhà kinh doanh thu mua nguyên liệu thô hoặc các nhà chế biến lông tơ và lông vũ.
- Tại Nhật Bản, J-TAS có thể được áp dụng cho các nhà nhập khẩu, nhà sản xuất các sản phẩm lông vũ và lông vũ hoặc nhà dán nhãn.
Chứng nhận: Sau khi thành lập thành viên của Hiệp hội J-TAS, phải tiến hành đánh giá theo tiêu chuẩn J-TAS. IDFL là tổ chức duy nhất được ủy quyền thực hiện đánh giá J-TAS cho các tổ chức bên ngoài Nhật Bản và sẽ tiến hành đánh giá theo quy trình được nêu dưới bảng này.

Xác nhận: Sau khi hoàn thành chứng nhận, công ty nộp đơn sẽ chuyển chứng chỉ và báo cáo đánh giá cho hiệp hội J-TAS để xem xét và xác nhận lần cuối. Sau khi nhận được sự chấp thuận cuối cùng, người nộp đơn sẽ được thêm vào danh sách các công ty được J-TAS phê duyệt.
