EDFA Traceability Standard

Nhằm mục đích

Hiệp hội lông vũ và lông vũ châu Âu (EDFA), được thành lập vào năm 1980 và có trụ sở chính tại Mainz, Đức, bao gồm hơn 90 công ty và tổ chức quốc gia từ 23 quốc gia. Các công ty, bao gồm các nhà cung cấp lông vũ và tên thương hiệu, có thể đăng ký tham gia EDFA.

Mục đích của EDFA là bảo vệ lợi ích của người tiêu dùng và phúc lợi động vật. Các thành viên của EDFA lên án nghiêm khắc việc nhổ lông sống và cam kết thực hiện một hệ thống truy xuất nguồn gốc tài liệu và quy tắc ứng xử quy định rằng không thu hoạch lông tơ hoặc lông vũ theo cách gây đau đớn cho động vật.

Scope Phạm vi

Tiêu chuẩn truy xuất nguồn gốc EDFA đóng vai trò là cơ sở để thiết lập một hệ thống có khả năng thu thập thông tin về việc thu hoạch lông tơ và lông vũ, đồng thời bao gồm việc thu hoạch chúng trên toàn cầu. Tiêu chuẩn này là một cách để các công ty công khai liên kết với việc thu hoạch lông tơ và lông vũ có đạo đức.
